Limited Players due to Harvest
Only six players this week with harvest in full swing making the most of the dry weather. John McDonald kept his head down and carded 28-points to win the chook. He also claimed the putting ball in a countback with Don Stevenson, both having 22 putts for the 12 holes played.
With there not being enough players to have the runner-up prize, Don Stevenson was relegated to lead the ball rundown with 26-points. He also put a good shot onto the 3rd to win that pin shot.
Ian Hampson was back and played to his handicap after a few months off to claim the other rundown ball, in a countback with Alan Campbell both recording 24 points. He was also hitting the ball very straight to win the pin shots on the 5th and 9th.
Next Friday the 26 November the event is 4BBB Stableford with the draw for partners, so please be early to allow time for the draw to be conducted.
