Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Brenton Matthews.
A warrant has been issued for the 21-year-old's arrest in relation to theft related offences.
Investigators believe Matthews may be in Bendigo, Sunbury or Harcourt.
Police have released an image of Matthews in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Matthews is urged to contact Bendigo Police Station on 5448 1411.
