Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate 56-year-old man Christopher Jenkins.
A warrant has been issued for his arrest in relation to stalking and breaching court orders.
Jenkins is described as being about 165cm tall with a thin build, blue eyes, short grey partially balding hair, pale complexion and a grey beard.
He is often a rough sleeper and was last known to be staying in a tent at Lake Bolac, however he also frequents the Frankston, Seaford and Ararat areas.
Investigators have released an image of Jenkins in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
