Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Kristopher Andre-Jansz.
The 40-year-old is wanted on warrant in relation to threats and traffic related offences.
Andre-Jansz is described as 180cm tall with a medium build, hazel eyes and brown hair.
He is known to frequent the Cobram, Echuca, Melbourne CBD and Malvern areas.
Investigators have released an image of Andre-Jansz in the hope that someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
