Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Leigh Neil, Victoria Police say.
A warrant has been issued for the 39-year-old’s arrest for theft and deception related offences.
Police have released an image of Neil in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his whereabouts.
He is described as 180cm tall with a solid build, short brown hair and blue eyes.
Neil is known to frequent the Keysborough, Dandenong, Frankston and Doveton areas.
Anyone who sees Neil or has details on his whereabouts is urged to contact Crime Stoppers.
