Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Phu Tran, Victoria Police say.
A warrant has been issued for the 29-year-old’s arrest in relation to contravening community work orders.
Tran is described as Asian in appearance with short black hair and a distinctive neck tattoo.
He is known to frequent the Melbourne CBD and police believe he may be working part-time in restaurants.
Investigators have released an image of Tran in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Tran or has information about his current whereabouts is urged to contact Crime Stoppers.
