Warrnambool E-bike Hits Car

Police are appealing for witnesses following a collision in Warrnambool last month.

Dashcam vision shows an e-bike rider crashing into a vehicle on Raglan Parade at 5.45pm on 23 March.

The rider has come from Parker Street and has caused damage to the front passenger-side panel of the car.

He then leaves the scene without speaking to the driver of the car.

The rider is perceived to be Caucasian, approximately 160cm tall, medium build, black hair and was wearing a dark-coloured hooded top that says 'play for keeps' and a black and white helmet.
