Wedding guests hit by car at Parafield Gardens

Several wedding guests were injured in a crash at Parafield Gardens last night.

Police and paramedics were called to a disturbance at Hatherleigh Road, Parafield Gardens just after 10pm last night, Saturday 2 December.

Three people were struck by a car leaving the wedding. A 16-year-old girl from Osborne was taken to the Royal Adelaide Hospital for treatment. Fortunately, her injuries are not considered life-threatening.

A 28-year-old Royal Park woman and a 36-year-old Parafield Gardens man also sustained minor injuries and did not seek medical treatment.

Police spoke with a number of people at the scene and investigations are continuing.
