Sport Integrity Australia acknowledges the decision of the Australian Weightlifting Federation to sanction athlete Francois Etoundi for the failure to submit to sample collection.
On 16 April 2019 Mr Etoundi failed to submit to sample collection without compelling justification after notification as authorised in the applicable anti-doping rules.
The Australian Weightlifting Federation imposed a three-year ban on Mr Etoundi.
He will be eligible to return to competition on 11 April 2023.
