Police are investigating a robbery at a bus stop in Werribee South earlier this month, Victoria Police say.
Investigators have been told an unknown male offender boarded a bus at the Werribee Train Station about 2.00pm on 8 July.
The man and victim exited the bus about 2.20pm on K Road.
The man asked to use the victim’s mobile phone and was denied.
He then assaulted the victim, stole the mobile phone, and fled south on foot.
Police have released images of a man they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries.
