Why are women becoming invisible?

Just Gold Digital Agency

The City of Melbourne

is partnering with Just Gold Digital Agency (Just Gold) to develop a

first of its kind project tackling the issues of gender and age equity - particularly tackling the

disparity in treatment women face once they turn 50, thus becoming 'invisible'.

The project targets women of all ages, encouraging the exchange of ideas through story

sharing, educating, and providing a platform for all women to speak about their experiences.

It will have an impact on future generations, by assisting women in their 30's to make

informed decisions, women in their 40's find meaningful employment and women in their

50's to exit social isolation.

Just Gold will be conducting a series of co-design workshops with community and business

leaders, to produce an online resource of information, a monthly newsletter, a docuseries,

and podcast educating and connecting women across the city.

Women have long been on the receiving end of gender inequality and this partnership has

come at a perfect time as women have been hit the hardest during the

pandemic in Melbourne.

Just Gold is Australia's first full-service consulting and creative agency that is an accredited

social enterprise. The agency partners with government, and business to deliver

commercial projects while amplifying their social impact by providing pro bono or low bono

services to the social sector via its innovative impact program.

Just Gold connects and empowers highly skilled professionals who are facing employment

barriers.

Join the movement.
