Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate William Greaves.
A warrant was issued for the 38-year-old's arrest in relation to failing to appear on bail and theft offences.
He is described as approximately 178cm tall with a slim build and black hair.
Greaves is known to frequent Werribee, Alton and Hoppers Crossing.
Investigators have released an image of Greaves in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
