Windsor Siding BMX track upgrade

We're planning to upgrade the Windsor Siding BMX track … view the draft design and have your say.

Since opening in late 2016, the Windsor Siding BMX track has been a big hit with the local community and a popular spot for families and BMX enthusiasts.

Five years on, the track surface is a little worse for wear and in need of an upgrade. This has presented an opportunity to revisit the design - modify the layout to make it safer and more accessible to users of all ages and skill levels, and change the surface to a smooth bitumen, creating a multi-sport facility for BMX, skateboarding and scooters.

The draft design also introduces lots of landscaping and greenery in and around the space.

Before settling on a final design, we would like to hear what you think of the draft. Do you like it? Is there anything you would like to change?

How to provide your feedback

  1. Visit our ConnectStonnington engagement hub to view the draft design and give your feedback.
  2. Join an online session from 5pm to 6pm on Tuesday 28 September to hear from the design team and give feedback. A link to the session is available on the Windsor Siding ConnectStonnington page.

At the close of consultation on Monday 11 October your feedback will be considered in the final design, ahead of the track upgrade works commencing in the coming months.
