Police are appealing for witnesses following a pursuit in Werribee today, Victoria Police say.
A blue Hyundai hatchback, bearing stolen registration plates OMS 850, came to the attention of police after it struck a power pole on McGrath Road about 12.20pm.
Police approached the vehicle, which drove off erratically along Heaths Road.
A pursuit was initiated however was terminated due to safety concerns.
Police were made aware the Hyundai was later involved in a minor collision with another vehicle at the corner of Tarneit and Hogans roads before fleeing.
There were no injuries reported.
Investigations are ongoing to try and locate the vehicle and its driver.
Police urge any witnesses or anyone with dash cam footage to contact Crime Stoppers.
