Witness appeal for stabbing in Point Cook

Detectives from the Wyndham Crime Investigation Unit are appealing for witnesses to assist with their investigation into a stabbing incident in Point Cook.

Emergency services were called to reports a man had been stabbed during an altercation with another man at the intersection of Murnong and Main streets around 6pm on 1 November.

The victim, a 19-year-old man, received stab wounds to his upper and lower body which required surgery.

The offender left the scene in a White Volkswagen Golf bearing stolen front and rear plates.

Detectives have released CCTV images of three men who may be able to assist with their enquiries.
