Police are investigating after an alleged assault in Pyrmont overnight, NSW Police say.
Just before 1am tomorrow, emergency services were called to a casino on Pyrmont Street, following reports of a woman injured.
A 25-year-old woman was located with a minor injury to her eye.
She was treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance Paramedics before being taken to Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in a stable condition.
Officers from Sydney City Local Area Command attended and commenced investigations.
A 26-year-old woman was arrested and taken to Day Street Police Station where she assisted police with their inquiries before being released.
Inquiries are continuing.
