A woman has been arrested over an attempted armed robbery in Sydney's south.
Shortly after 10am today (Tuesday 23 September 2025), officers from St George Police Area Command responded to reports of an armed robbery at a bank on Kingsgrove Road, Kingsgrove.
It will be alleged that police arrested a 38-year-old woman armed with a knife inside the bank without incident.
She was taken to Kogarah Police Station where investigations are continuing.
Police have been informed that the woman allegedly threatened staff with a knife before demanding money.
There are no reports of any person being injured.
