A woman has been charged after a man was allegedly stabbed in Wentworthville last night, NSW Police say.
About 6.10pm today, emergency services were called to a unit on Lane Street following reports of an altercation between a man and a woman.
A 42-year-old man was treated at the scene by Ambulance Paramedics for a small cut to his head and taken to Westmead Hospital.
A 29-year-old woman was arrested nearby by police and taken to Merrylands Police Station, where she was charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm and common assault (DV-related).
She was granted conditional bail, to appear at Fairfield Local Court on 9 September 2016.
