Woman Charged in Double Murder Trial Justice Obstruction

Homicide Squad detectives have charged a woman with allegedly attempting to influence a key witness to change their evidence in a high-profile double murder trial.

About 11.15am today (Wednesday 29 April 2026) detectives attached to State Crime Command's Homicide Squad arrested a woman in Balmain.

The 63-year-old was taken to Day St Police Station, where she was charged with do act etc intending to pervert the course of justice.

She was refused bail to appear in Bail Division Local Court 7 tomorrow (Thursday 30 April 2026).
