A woman has died after being struck by a car in Sydney's northwest earlier this week.
About 5.30pm on Monday 3 August 2026, emergency services responded to reports a pedestrian had been struck by a car on Stanhope Parkway, The Ponds, near Conrad Road.
Officers attached to Riverstone Police Area Command attended along with NSW Ambulance paramedics who treated the 70-year-old woman before she was taken to hospital in a critical condition.
On Tuesday 4 August 2026, police were notified the woman died in hospital.
A report will be prepared for the information of the Coroner.
