Officers from Tweed/Byron Police District have successfully identified a woman who was located distressed on the Far North Coast at the weekend following a public appeal.
The woman who was located on the M1 Motorway at Ocean Shores is receiving ongoing treatment and her identity was confirmed this afternoon as a 49-year-old Queensland woman.
