Woman sought over stolen credit card linked to robbery, SA

Eastern Police are investigating a street robbery and subsequent use of a stolen credit card in the eastern suburbs, according to SA Police.


Between 2.30am and 3am on Monday 1 October, a man was walking east along Kensington Road, near Osmond Terrace, when he was approached by an unknown man who had gotten out of the front passenger seat of a small white car, similar to a Toyota Corolla or Yaris.

He demanded the victim's wallet, then punched him in the face. When the victim regained consciousness he discovered that his wallet, phone and keys were missing.

Police attended and located his belongings, except a bankcard, nearby.

The suspect is described as about 166cm tall, with a dark or tanned complexion, short black crew cut hair and neat facial hair. He was wearing a white t-shirt and light or bleached denim jeans.

At 2.55am, a woman driving a small white car used the victim's bankcard at a service station at Trinity Gardens.
