Woman struck with arrow after altercation at Parafield Gardens, SA

A woman has been taken to hospital after an arrow struck her in the leg at Parafield Gardens earlier today, according to SA Police.

Just before 5pm on Monday 24 July, police and paramedics were called to a house on Bardsley Avenue where a woman had been shot in the leg by a man known to her.

The suspect left prior to police arriving and it is believed he may have sustained an injury during an altercation at the address.

The victim's injuries are not considered life threatening and enquiries are continuing.
