Woman wanted for armed servo robbery at Dry Creek

Police are investigating an armed robbery at a Dry Creek service station in the early hours of Monday morning.

Just after 3am on Monday 17 January, a woman entered the service station on Vater Street, Dry Creek. She produced a firearm and demanded cash from the console operator. She put the cash in a white plastic bag and left the store, last seen running towards Kidman Road.

No staff were physically injured during the robbery.

Police searched the area with the assistance of Police Dog Judge but the suspect has not been located. Crime scene investigators attended and examined the scene.

The suspect is described as a woman of Aboriginal appearance, aged in her mid to late 40s, with dark hair. She was wearing a black baseball cap with an 'X' logo, blue surgical mask, white hooded jumper with black lower sleeves and 'XXV' on the chest and 'NYC 99' on the left sleeve, black leggings with three white stripes down the sides, white shoes and carried a black satchel.
