A woman has been charged after she allegedly returned a breath analysis of .171 driving with a six- month- old baby girl in the car in Coffs Harbour, NSW Police say.
About 2am today, police from Coffs/Clarence Local Area Command were called to Bray Street, Coffs Harbour, following reports a vehicle almost hit a fence at a fast food outlet.
Police stopped the vehicle and spoke to the 28-year-old provisional (P2) driver.
The woman was subjected to a breath test which returned a positive result.
She was arrested and taken to Coffs Harbour Police Station where she was subjected to a breath analysis, allegedly returning a reading of 0.171.
The woman was issued a field court attendance for high-range PCA, to appear at Coffs Harbour Local Court on Monday 19 December 2016.
