A man will appear in court after allegedly filming women with a secreted camera secreted in a shared- shower facility in Kingsford, NSW Police say.
Last night yesterday, police attached to Maroubra Police Station attended a unit in Willis Street after receiving information that a camera had been located in the bathroom of a unit.
Police will allege that two women, aged 22 and 23, were filmed on separate occasions, while using the bathroom. The women were allegedly filmed between 28 September and 3 October 2106.
A 47-year-old man was arrested and charged with three counts of film person in private act without consent.
The man was granted bail to appear in Waverley Local Court on Thursday 6 October 2016.
