The new Women's Sport Directory is a comprehensive list of local sport clubs and organsations that offer classes and teams for women.
This initiative, by Mayor Tina Samardzija, was prompted by her experiences as a new mother wanting to find time and an outlet for exercise but needing information and support on what was available and suitable post-natal.
Consult with your doctor or midwife before starting any post-natal exercise program.
