Womna arrested following warrant exectued at Meadow Heights

Police have arrested a woman in relation to alleged drugs, weapons and dishonesty offences following the execution of a search warrant at Meadow Heights this morning, Victoria Police say.

Fawkner Divisional Response Unit members executed the search warrant at a residence about 8.30am.

Investigators allegedly located suspected stolen property, a quantity of methamphetamine and a ‘taser’.

A 49-year-old Meadow Heights woman was arrested at the scene.

She has been bailed to appear at Broadmeadows Magistrates’ Court on 4 August charged with possess methylamphetamine, possess hashish, possess prescription drug, possess prohibited weapon (taser) and possess proceeds of crime.
