Woolworths has revamped its popular Delivery Unlimited subscription plan to offer customers more convenient delivery options, bonus Everyday Rewards points and a dedicated customer care line.
Delivery Unlimited subscribers will have access to free same day delivery options and heavily discounted Delivery Now orders, which offer goods to the door in under two hours.
The move comes as Woolworths has more than doubled same day delivery windows for customers over the past year.
Launched in 2019, Delivery Unlimited offers subscribers access to unlimited home deliveries on Woolworths orders over $100, while also covering the cost of reusable or paper bags.
Woolworths Director of eCommerce, Annette Karantoni said: "At Woolworths, we're always looking to make it easier to shop for your everyday needs.
"Delivery Unlimited has been really popular and helped some of our savvy online customers save more than $500 in delivery fees with their subscriptions. We're now raising the bar to offer even better value with added flexibility and more choice of delivery options for subscribers.
"We've invested heavily to improve our online network in recent years and now offer more same day delivery windows than any other supermarket in Australia. With this revamp, our subscribers can enjoy the benefits of our same day delivery offer and get even more value from their plan."
Under the revised subscription plan, customers will have access to three and five hour same day windows for free on orders over $100. Additionally, subscribers will get $10 off one hour same day delivery windows ($5) and $9 off Delivery Now ($10), which offers customers delivery to the door in under two hours.
Customers can choose from flexible month to month subscriptions (from $15 per month) or discounted annual subscriptions (from $119 per year).
An annual subscriber to Delivery Unlimited Midweek who places an order between $100-$149 each week would stand to save up to $557 each year on delivery and reusable bags. All subscriptions are flexible and can be changed or cancelled by customers online at any time. To mark the revamp, Woolworths is offering Delivery Unlimited subscribers 10x Everyday Rewards points on fresh fruit and vegetables until 20 July 2021.
