It is understood the 62-year-old man was standing in a metal stillage raised by forklift tines when the stillage tipped and fell about 2.5 metres to the ground.
The man sustained serious head injuries and died in hospital on Monday.
The death is the 25th confirmed workplace fatality for 2025. There were 25 work-related deaths at the same time last year.
