Writers Workshop - Year you write your first non-fiction book

Featherstone

Join Australian author, writer and presenter Anna Featherstone for an informative and inspirational writers' workshop at Hawkesbury Central Library on Thursday, 26 May from 10:30am to 12:30pm.

You will learn how to take your non-fiction book idea (memoir, lifestyle, business book, cookbook, reference book and more) from just a thought in your head to a first draft before the end of the year. The workshop will also suit writers who have already started their manuscript but are getting nowhere fast.

You will also find out how to outline your book and how to get your ideas down faster so you can reach your goals sooner. You will leave this workshop with a clearer understanding of your unique content, voice and ideal audience, all of which are vital elements when crafting a book of which you will be proud. Anna will give you the tools, skills, and inspiration you need to take the next step and to get your book written.

This fun and practical workshop will be held at Hawkesbury Central Library on Thursday, 26 May from 10:30am to 12:30pm. The two-hour workshop will cost $15 per person and will include light refreshments.

Bookings are essential via www.hawkesburylibrary.eventbrite.com or call 4560 4460.
