Clarence Valley Council (CVC) is excited to welcome the community back to the Yamba Community Pool, with the gates reopened on Monday, 11 August 2025. We are looking forward to delivering a wide range of exceptional and consistent programs for the upcoming season.
The 25-metre, six-lane outdoor heated pool and toddler pool have long been a staple facility for the Yamba community for many years. This transition follows the conclusion of the contract with the long-time managers Richard and Yvette.
Clarence Valley Mayor Ray Smith said he was looking forward to the pool's reopening and praised the former managers for their years of service.
"Richard and Yvette have done an outstanding job managing the community pool, and Council is truly grateful for their dedication and effort they have put in over the years."
CVC are excited to make a splash at the Yamba Community Pool and deliver a wide range of exceptional programs over the coming season.
Fees and charges for programs at the Yamba Community Pool are currently on exhibition. To view the proposal and provide feedback via Council's website before Wednesday 20 August at: www.clarence.nsw.gov.au/On-exhibition/Aquatic-Centre-Fees-and-Charges-20252026
