Murrindindi Shire Council Mayor Sandice McAulay said Council was pleased to have contributed to the upgrade works at the Yea and District Children's Centre.
"The extension and refurbishment of this facility is an important investment into the future of the Yea community, and it wouldn't have been possible without the support of the Victorian Government's 'Children's Facilities Capital Fund'. Thanks to Uniting too for their contribution.
"You can really see the difference the extra space and brightening-up has made to this facility," Cr McAulay said.
