Yoga by Pool

Back by popular demand, Kardinia Aquatic Centre invites you to unwind your inner yogi with Yoga by the Pool throughout March.

After a successful first round of classes in November and December, Yoga by the Pool will run again over four consecutive weeks.

Spend Friday mornings waking up with the sun and start your day with a stretch by the pool as qualified yoga instructor Kristy Wilson takes you through an hour-long yoga class suitable for all fitness levels.

These sessions go beyond burning calories and toning muscles, bringing together your mind, body and soul.

Improve concentration, posture and strength and increase your heartrate without leaving your mat.

All visitors are welcome to attend, with free entry for Swim Sport & Leisure members. All you need to bring is your own yoga mat.

Arrive at 6.00am for a 6.15am start on the following days:
