The City's annual Budget for 2026-27 is now out for community consultation, giving residents the chance to have their say on important services and projects for the Gold Coast.
Mayor Tom Tate said the consultation would capture the community's priorities and satisfaction with current services and facilities.
"We are calling on all Gold Coast residents to have their say on how we should invest money to improve services, start new projects and infrastructure to create an even better lifestyle for the community," Mayor Tate said.
"The annual Budget is an important opportunity for us to make sure we continue to deliver reliable, value-for-money services, fund beneficial project and find ways to improve transport and community spaces.
"Tell us what matters most to you and help the City with future planning and investment."
Community feedback is being sought on City services, satisfaction with delivery of services, satisfaction on local amenities, priority projects and what the City can do to improve lifestyle for residents.
Last year's survey received 6486 submissions with priorities focused on road network, public safety, transport improvement, parks, natural areas and recreation.
Following the survey the City's 2025-26 total Budget was $2.678 billion which is being invested in services and facilities that are most important to Gold Coasters.
Council will meet prior to the end of financial year to adopt the 2026-27 Budget.
