Young Writers Take Centre Stage At Knox Library

Knox Write Now began as a bold idea from the Knox Youth Literary Society, to give young people a platform to share their stories and creativity. The youth-led initiative has grown into something extraordinary, inspiring confidence and connection across our community.

Last week we celebrated the incredible success of the program with the launch of their book, Fables from the Foothills: Through the Voices of Young People. This collection features winning entries from the competition - a true showcase of our local talent.

The Knox Library was buzzing as families and friends gathered to hear live readings from the young authors, who each left with a copy of the book, now also available at Knox Library.

Knox Write Now highlights the power of youth-led initiatives and storytelling and proves when we invest in youth-led projects, creativity flourishes, voices are heard, and our community shines brighter than ever.
