Your Town - Community Consultations

Hawkesbury City Council will conduct a community consultation program called Hawkesbury City Council comes to Your Town from 22 July 2019 until 17 August 2019.

Council is working hard to provide the best possible value for money service to the community in the Hawkesbury Local Government Area, which consists of approximately 67,000 residents across the largest local government area in metropolitan Sydney, covering nearly 2800 square kilometres.

Come along and hear about the work Council has been doing and Council's future work at any of the seven town meetings. There will also be a video presentation to showcase Council's work over the past year.

The Town Meeting launch event will kick off the consultations on Monday, 22 July from 7pm to 9pm at North Richmond Public School. Following the launch, six more Town Meetings will be held across the Hawkesbury during August. There will be question and answer sessions and residents are welcome to attend any meeting. See details below.

Feedback from the community consultation program will help to identify what residents hope to see happening in their towns.

Outcomes from the community consultation will also help to ensure that Council is aligned with the community to build a successful future for the Hawkesbury.

Hawkesbury residents can submit their questions online at Council's community engagement site by visiting www.yourhawkesbury-yoursay.com.au To register via Eventbrite, search 'Hawkesbury City Council comes to Your Town'.
