Following recent business and home burglaries in the Wynyard area, a number of searches executed by Burnie CIB have resulted in six youth offenders being proceeded against under the Youth Justices Act, Tasmania Police say.
As part of the ongoing investigation a substantial amount of stolen property has been recovered.
Police thank the public for their assistance so far and encourage anyone with further information to contact Crime Stoppers.
