Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Zarko (Zak) Ristov.
The 52-year-old has three outstanding warrants for contravening court orders and resisting police.
Ristov is described as 175cm tall and has a tanned complexion.
He is known to frequent the Thomastown, Lalor and Reservoir areas.
Investigators have released an image of Ristov in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
