VIC Premier
Following media reports about a Liberal MP making a complaint to Victoria Police about the conduct of another Liberal MP at a community event, these are the questions Jess Wilson must answer:
- When was she first made aware of this allegation?
- Has it been referred to the Parliamentary Integrity Commission?
- Did she or her office refer it to the Parliamentary Integrity Commission?
- Did she or her office refer it to Victoria Police?
- Has she spoken to those involved?
- Is one of, or both MPs involved a member of her shadow cabinet?
- Does she think it's appropriate for a member of her shadow cabinet to be in shadow cabinet when they are the subject of a complaint to police?
- Does she think it's appropriate for a member of her caucus to be in the party room when they are the subject of a complaint to police?
- Did any members of parliament witness the incident?
- Does she agree that these allegations are "completely fictitious"?
