The 2024 Annual Community Survey will seek community opinion on emerging policy and projects, impacting future budget priorities and guide our decision making on future projects.
With a working knowledge of emerging trends and the future needs of our City, the below six topics have been identified as suitable inclusion in the 2024 survey.
1. Future of Aged Care
2. How important are parks and reserves
3. Cultural / inclusive engagement / programming / services
4. Waste
5. Purchasing land for open space
6. Understanding what residents value most about their suburb
Council has engaged New Focus to conduct a telephone survey to Burnside Council residents on their behalf. The telephone surveys will be run from Wednesday, 7 February to Friday, 8 March and will include questions on the above topics.
