An award-winning filmmaker with over 12 years of experience, Kaiser is known for his exceptional storytelling and high-quality productions.

SK Tamil Music Group's "Growing in Harmony" will expand the Tamil music group by introducing traditional instruments such as the Urumi and Pambai. This initiative aims to enhance cultural heritage and encourage youth involvement at community events in the shire.

The "She Creates" initiative will provide a supportive environment for female musicians and creatives in Cardinia Shire. This program will focus on networking, performances, and songwriting workshops, promoting connections and skill-sharing while advancing gender equality in the local arts scene.

The Pakenham Camera Club's project for the 21st Pakenham National Photographic Prize will showcase a photographic exhibition at Cardinia Cultural Centre from 3 October to 2 November 2025. The exhibition will feature 100 framed prints and an impressive digital display of 200 images, highlighting the artistic talent within our community.

The 3MDR 40th Birthday Big Gig features an all-day concert at Elevation Restaurant & Bar in Emerald. This event will celebrate 3MDR's anniversary and feature seven local bands, providing a platform for local musicians to perform and engage with the community.

Brodie O'Halloran will celebrate the launch of her debut EP, Magdalia, with a live concert that includes original music, guest performers, and a student choir. Brodie, recognised as "Melbourne's rising star" by Forte Magazine, aims to foster inclusivity and community through her music.

Finally, 11 performances of the vibrant musical Charlie and the Chocolate Factory will be brought to life for the community to enjoy, thanks to grant funding that allows for the hiring of over 30 microphones and full audio production.

Cardinia Shire Council is proud to support these innovative and impactful projects, reflecting our commitment to nurturing local talent and celebrating the shire's vibrant arts scene. We encourage the community to engage with these initiatives and participate in the upcoming events.
