We would like to let our residents know that we are currently taking part in an annual Community Satisfaction Survey, which helps us to understand how the community feels about Council services, performance and priorities.
The survey is currently being conducted until 3 April 2026.
This year the survey is being delivered by Klein Research, an independent research company engaged to collect feedback on Council's behalf. Klein Research will be completing phone interviews with Casey residents during the survey period. You may receive a phone call from a mobile number. Interviewers will clearly identify themselves by name and company at the start and end of the call.
Community feedback plays an important role in shaping the services and programs that matter most to Casey residents. The results help Council understand what is working well and where improvements are needed.
