The winners of the 2026 Mayoral Photography Competition have been announced, celebrating the incredible photography talent across Blacktown City.
Council received more than 740 entries from residents and photography enthusiasts who captured this year's theme, 'Moments in Blacktown', showcasing the people, places and experiences that make our City special.

Forrest's winning photograph, captured at Rouse Hill Regional Park, will feature on the front cover of the 2027 Blacktown City Council Community Calendar.

The winning photographs will feature throughout the 2027 Blacktown City Council Community Calendar, which will be delivered to households across Blacktown City in November/December.
