2030Yea is a group of volunteers from Yea and surrounds dedicated to the goal of Yea operating solely on renewable energy by 2030. The vision of the group is to ensure Yea has totally renewable electricity sources by 2030.
2030Yea want to know what you think Yea needs in this regard. The information gathered will be used to develop locally relevant plans and projects that will help to achieve the goal.
You can contribute to the plans by completing an online survey here. Alternatively, you can pick up a hard copy survey from the Yea Bendigo Bank, Library and Customer Service Centre or the Community House.
The survey is open until early March and takes about 10 minutes to complete.
2030Yea will also be at the Yea Market on Saturday 6 February and Saturday 8 March if you would like to have a chat to them about this initiative.
