24 more reasons to visit city

24 applicants will share in $1.9 million to host a huge variety of events which offer something for everyone and give people a reason to visit the City.

A roller skate rink on top of a CPP car park, a day out for pets in Wellington Square, a family street festival for Telethon and a 4.5m sand sculpture in Yagan Square are just some of the activities in the City of Perth to receive funding from the State Government's $4 million Perth CBD Revitalisation Grant Program.

The program offers grants of up to $100,000 to eligible businesses, not-for-profits and property owners with ideas for events that will help bring more visitors to the City and Northbridge.

Under round 1 of the Perth CBD Revitalisation Grant Program, 24 applicants will share in $1.9 million to host a huge variety of events which offer something for everyone and give people a reason to visit the City.

You can see the full list of funded events here.

Round 2 is now open with applications closing on 1 October 2022. Visit the DGLSC website for more details on how to apply and contact the City to discuss venue availability and additional support.
