The Office of the Senior Practitioner in Victoria, in consultation with the Disability and NDIS Branch within the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services has led a project to develop a national measure of environmental restraint. The measure is intended to educate providers, guide quality improvement and monitor changes in practice over time.
