Police are appealing for public assistance to identify a man after a yacht was left abandoned on the beach at Point Hicks in Tamboon.
The yacht was found on the beach between Tamboon Inlet and Point Hicks about 2pm on Sunday 28 November.
The yacht is described as a white over black hulled yacht, approximately 30ft in length with no hull identification numbers.
Investigators have released an image of the yacht and images of a man that may be able to assist them with their enquiries.
