ACCC
The ACCC has issued a final determination granting authorisation to enable Job Futures (trading as CoAct) and its service partners and affiliates, to:
- continue to collectively tender for government and other contracts to deliver government-funded employment services to disadvantaged and unemployed people
- require service partners and affiliates to agree to restrictions on competing with CoAct.
The ACCC has decided to grant authorisation for 10 years.
The ACCC has also granted interim authorisation for the conduct due to the imminent expiry of the existing authorisations.
