Act now on Liveability Project - survey closes 31

It was great to see interested locals completing the surveys at the recent weekend pop-up consultations at the town centres of South Windsor, Richmond and Windsor as part of the Liveability Project.

There's still time to complete the survey and Have Your Say about these three town centres before the survey closes on Monday, 31 August. Simply complete the Liveability community survey online at www.yourhawkesbury-yoursay.com.au/lptc/survey_tools/tcsurvey

Hard copies of the survey are also available at Council's Administration Building, Hawkesbury Central Library and Richmond Branch Library or by calling Council's Customer Service on 4560 4444.

As part of the survey, community members also have the chance to prioritise key projects for Windsor such as a shared pedestrian zone in Windsor Mall, park and river connections, outdoor dining upgrades or extending the Library and Gallery courtyard.

For Richmond, community members have the chance to prioritise key projects such as a green tree boulevarde, new seating and street furniture, lighting, more opportunities for outdoor dining and activation of Richmond Park – such as new seating and pedestrian connectivity.

South Windsor options for community members to prioritise include a George Street green boulevarde with street trees linking South Windsor from McLeod Park to the Station, new seating, Bereewan Park upgrades – more greenery and tree canopy, formal path network, activate the park with play equipment or courts.

About the Draft Master Plan
